Australian Table Grape Harvest
Our 2018 Australian Table Grape Harvest is well underway with only 5 weeks left of harvesting for this season and J & F Lazzara & Sons take pride knowing that we produce premium quality table grapes in Robinvale. Robinvale is located in the Sunraysia region of Victoria, Australia. Our vineyards are cared for 12 months of the year to ensure only the freshest and most premium quality table grapes are produced. Our Fresh Table Grapes are sold both nationally and also exported internationally.
Currently we are harvesting the Crimson Seedless, a red Table Grape Variety (Medium to large size; cylindrical, seedless berries) and Thompson Seedless, a white Table Grape Variety (Medium to large size; green, cylindrical, seedless berries).

During the packing process, the fruit is handled by experienced, long-term employees who have years of knowledge in packing fruit. Therefore the grapes are packed with great care and minimal contact -this practice also helps to maintain the bloom on the grape bunches. The bloom is a delicate waxy or powdery whitish coating on the surface of the grapes. This coating helps protect the grapes and acts as a barrier against insects and bacteria and helps to seal in the fruit’s moisture. The bloom is also a sign of freshness, since it fades with time and handling.
Currently, Our vineyards consist of 9 popular grape varieties, which include:
White Grape Varieties; Thompson Seedless, Menindee Seedless and Pristine Seedless
Red Grape Varieties; Flame Seedless, Crimson Seedless, Long Crimson Seedless, Ralli Seedless, Red Globe
Black Grape Varieties; Melody Seedless.
